Concept Car Credit Limited, a used-car dealer from the Greater Manchester area has been fined £40,000 by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for sending more than 300,000 marketing spam text messages. If you have been receiving unwanted marketing communications you can report nuisance calls, texts and emails at Spam texts can also be reported by forwarding them to 7726.
